Absolutely! If your car needs any reconditioning, we will adjust our offer accordingly.
What if my vehicle has an existing loan that needs to be paid off?
No worries! If your vehicle has an existing loan, we will process the payoff as soon as your vehicle is picked up.
What if my vehicle is damaged during transport?
We are responsible for any damages that occur during the transportation of your vehicle.
How long does it take to get paid after my vehicle has been transported?
After your vehicle is transported, if your vehicle is paid off, we will process your payment within the day. If you have an existing loan, we will pay off the vehicle and send you the remaining amount.
How will I be paid?
We will send you a wire or give you a certified check. We do not support physical cash transactions.
How can I be reassured that I can trust working with APEX Auto Auctions?
Our contracts are legally binding. We are required to pay you for your vehicle for the agreed upon amount. There is no risk to you!
